Required Skills: •Lead the development and execution of inclusion strategies for Business Functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, workforce priorities, and enterprise goals. •Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Function leaders by shaping decisions, leadership behaviors, and team practices. Embed inclusive approaches across functional strategies, policies, governance, and operations. •Translate business objectives into scalable inclusion interventions that support performance, engagement, and talent outcomes. •Advise Business Functions, including Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Communications, to integrate inclusion into functional strategies, policies, governance, customer engagement, operating decisions, and business operations. •ERG & Inclusion Network Connectivity (Business Function Scope) •Serve as a strategic connector between ERGs, Inclusion Networks, and business leaders to align employee insights with organizational priorities. •Guide functional Inclusion Councils, Inclusion Champions, and other designated partners so their priorities and activities align with global inclusion strategy, governance, and direction. •Influence leaders to take action based on data, insights and emerging workforce trends Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities and workforce data into practical strategies, executive-ready recommendations, and measurable action plans. •Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive matters with discretion. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources, business, organizational development, technology, product management, or a related field. •10 or more years of relevant experience in inclusion, human resources, talent, organizational effectiveness, business partnering, technology, product, or a related discipline, including experience advising senior leaders. •Advanced degree in human resources, business, organizational development, technology, product management, or related field. •Solid functional working knowledge of inclusive design, responsible AI, digital accessibility, and equitable user experience principles. •Proven success coaching leaders, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and delivering measurable business, talent, culture, or engagement outcomes.
