As part of this transformation, SOCOTEC US has introduced a new HR operating model built around Regional HR Business Partners and enterprise Centers of Excellence. •The Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards will lead one of these newly created Centers of Excellence and play a critical role in building the infrastructure that will support the company’s next stage of growth. •Success in this role requires someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in evolving environments, and translate strategy into practical execution. •Build Scalable HR Operations •Lead the evolution of HR Operations into a centralized, efficient, service-oriented function. •Strategically drive consolidation of HR systems onto a unified ADP platform and establish governance for HR data, processes, and reporting. •Partner with Regional HR Business Partners to standardize HR policies and workflows and drive consistent operational practices across all business units. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred. •Demonstrated success building or transforming HR infrastructure in high-growth, multi-business, or acquisition-driven organizations. •Deep expertise in compensation strategy, job architecture, market benchmarking, and incentive design. •Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities. •Comfortable operating in ambiguity, establishing priorities, and building sustainable processes where none previously existed. •This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Human Resources within a growing organization.
