Required Skills: •Hire, coach, and develop SEs while setting a high bar for discovery, solution design, demos, and executive communication. •Define role expectations, career paths, onboarding, enablement, and performance management. •Partner with AEs and leadership on account strategy, technical qualification, and deal orchestration. •Standardize PointFive's technical evaluation motion (discovery → POC design → validation → close), including templates, success criteria, and executive readouts. •Drive rigor around pre-integration readiness, technical stakeholders, security/risk steps, and environment setup for a repeatable POC and integration motion. •Implement a feedback loop where SEs capture product gaps and turn real-world proof points into product input. •Present to technical and executive stakeholders; lead architecture discussions, security reviews, and ROI/value articulation. •Fluency in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), the DevOps landscape, and enterprise cost management. Qualifications: •FinOps / cloud cost optimization domain experience. •Prior experience building enablement programs and presales analytics.
