Hiring: Director Global Process Safety Company: SI Group Location: The Woodlands, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:26:01 Target Skills & Keywords : Financial Planning, R, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management About the job Experience: •5 years process safety management experience in the petrochemical industry, global experience preferred Required Skills: •Facilitate global network of process safety SME’s •Facilitate functional safety steering team (FSST) •Support operations with a focus on identifying process safety related hazards, compliance obligations and assessing risks •Leads and directs the development and implementation of process safety, chemical facility standards and management systems assuring the foundation for regulatory compliance, management of risk, training/competency development, program consistency and continual performance improvement •Provide PS leadership and technical support to capital projects, existing and R&D operations and incident investigations •Accountable for the establishment of key process safety related performance indicators and metrics and standardizes & coordinates the regular reporting of these metrics •Oversee and support response to EHS and process safety related recommendations from risk management / insurance carrier audits and inspections.
