Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun. •This role will be located in Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA. •What You Will Be Doing •Leads global compensation related projects including wage analysis, development and communication of policies and guidelines. •Partners with International HR and business partners to determine appropriate compensation packages for expatriate assignments. •Partners in the design and execution of global HRIS resources as they relate to global compensation (Oracle). •Manages established compensation programs through the HRIS systems including objective setting, performance reviews, merit process, bonus process, and creates global communications for each program. •Tracks, analyzes and reports on year over year merit and bonus budget. Creates annual budget forecasts by country based on merit and bonus plan funding. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation preferred. •Seven to ten years’ professional level compensation experience in the design and administration of compensation programs, job leveling systems, salary survey participation and analysis, bonus design and administration, and merit design and administration in large, highly matrixed organization. •Five professional level experience related to HRIS compensation systems management. •Mastery in PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel - must be proficient in pivot tables, vlookups, graphing, formulas and functions. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions. Exceptional mathematics skills. •Seven years’ experience in HRIS compensation systems management. Experience managing data within HRIS systems, such as Oracle or Workday. •Prior experience working for a government contractor. •Strong knowledge of government regulations as they apply to compensation base and incentive compensation programs, company policies and operations. •Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations.
