Hiring: Director, Global Benefits Company: Everpure Location: Santa Clara, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 19:56:34 Target Skills & Keywords : Accessibility, Vendor Management, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Global Architecture & Strategy: Architect and evaluate end-to-end global health, retirement, time-off, and holistic well-being programs across all operating regions to boost workforce engagement and competitive market positioning. •Fiduciary Governance & Compliance: Serve as a core administrator on the U.S. 401(k) Fiduciary Committee, lead Works Council interactions, and direct all mandatory statutory audits, testing, and international governance to ensure rigorous compliance and SOX audit standards. •Financial & Operational Optimization: Partner with Finance to manage healthcare cost forecasting, drive quantitative utilization analysis, and oversee global broker performance and vendor SLAs to optimize multi-million-dollar program expenditures. •Growth & M&A Integration: Direct benefits due diligence, integration frameworks, and localized program establishment for corporate acquisitions and expansion into new international markets. •Employee Experience & Escalation: Collaborate with Internal Communications to execute open enrollment, global education campaigns, and serve as the lead subject matter expert for complex benefits inquiries. •We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. Qualifications: •Strategic Global Benefits Expertise: Broad expertise designing, governing, and executing complex international health, welfare, retirement, and statutory leave architecture in high-growth enterprise environments across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia. •Fiduciary & Financial Acumen: Demonstrated capability in overseeing large-scale benefit budgets, vendor management, health cost forecasting, and managing statutory compliance, Works Councils, and 401(k) fiduciary responsibilities. •M&A & Operational Leadership: Proven success leading cross-organizational M&A benefits integration, establishing new country programs, and fluidly shifting between high-level strategic planning and hands-on operational delivery. •Cross-Functional Collaboration & HR Tech Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of partnering with executive leaders, Finance, and HR teams, alongside hands-on experience utilizing Workday and modern enterprise HR technology ecosystems. •Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
