The Director, Financial Communications, will: •Develop compelling financial communications that accurately reflect General Mills’ business performance. •Spotlight strategic priorities, business momentum and long-term value creation. •Prepare compelling earnings materials, investor conference messaging and board-level communications, ensuring consistency, clarity and compliance across all financial disclosures. •This role will serve as the key Communications point of contact for the Chief Financial Officer, as well as the hub for all Financial Communications across the broader Communications team. This role reports into the Senior Director, External Communications. •Evolve the company's financial narrative, ensuring it is clear, consistent and compelling for key audiences. •Translate complex financial information and business strategies into understandable and impactful messages. •Ensure alignment of financial messaging across internal and external communications channels. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred. •Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful financial communication strategies. •Demonstrated experience working directly with C-suite leaders and, ideally, members of the board of directors.
