Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is required; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. •OR advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics and 6 years of treasury and/or finance operations experience in the financial services industry. •Subject matter expert on the principles and theories of treasury or finance operations, finance, accounting and/or other related financial business fields and disciplines. •Knowledge and experience with functionalities of corporate financial or tax systems. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively work with internal and external partners. •US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner. •Strategic Financial Reporting: Proven experience in developing financial reports for management and Board-level audiences, translating complex data into clear, concise insights. •Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate financial processes and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and business units, fostering effective collaboration. •Data Visualization & Storytelling: Ability to create compelling data visualizations and translate financial results into meaningful narratives that drive strategic decision-making. •Process Automation & System Modernization: Experience with implementing reporting and process automation solutions, and a strong understanding of application and system modernization strategies within finance.
