Hiring: Director, Finance Operations Shared Services (AP/AR) Company: HelloFresh Location: Boulder, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 10:37:35 Target Skills & Keywords : CV, Chef, ETL, Oracle Cloud, SQL About the job Experience: •12+ years of finance experience and experience in a high volume AP &/or AR environment •2 years of service) Required Skills: •The Director of Finance Operations will be responsible for leading the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Travel & Expense functions for all of our North American brands (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Chef’s Plate, Green Chef, Factor, Pet’s Table, Good Chop and GDL). •This position will be responsible for managing ~35 people based in NYC, CO and offshore in the Philippines. •This role will be a key member of the Finance leadership team working daily alongside leaders of all levels within our Direct & Indirect Procurement, Marketing, Legal and G&A business groups as well as leaders across the Finance Functions (FP&A, Accounting, Finance Systems, Tax & Treasury). •Identifying the opportunities across the procure to pay and order to cash processes, prioritizing the improvement opportunities and partnering with business and technology leadership to successfully execute improvements. •This candidate must possess excellent analytical skills, program management experience, and a track record of delivering projects in a complex and ambiguous environment.
