Would you like the opportunity to join a highly dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional client service in the areas of accounting, advisory, and family office solutions? •Collaborate closely with internal and external advisors, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and help identify opportunities to expand services across the firm. •As one of the fastest growing firms in the nation, Baker Tilly offers upward career trajectory, flexibility in how and where you get your work done, and meaningful relationships with clients, teammates, and leadership who truly care about your development. •Lead and manage multiple family office client engagements, ensuring exceptional client service and timely delivery •Develop and maintain strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and trusted advisors •Leverage an established network within the private wealth community to identify and cultivate new business opportunities •Drive business development activities, including networking, referral generation, and cross-selling firm services •Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on family office operations, accounting, reporting, and governance matters Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field •CPA, JD and/or MBA preferred •Twelve (12)+ years experience in accounting, advisory, or family office services •Strong network and established relationships within the private wealth, family office, and ultra-high-net-worth community •Proven ability to drive business development and manage client relationships at an executive level •Advanced knowledge of accounting principles related to classifying, recording, and summarizing financial data •Excellent understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) •Strong background in fund, management company, and partnership accounting •Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook •Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills Compensation: •$232,750 - $305,490 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
