Required Skills: •This role serves as the Division's subject matter expert for workplace transformation, facility standards, visual factory initiatives, and 6S excellence. The position reports directly to the Division President. •Division Facility Standards & 6S Strategy •Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for each PCC Fasteners facility to achieve and sustain PCC 6S and Safety Standards. •Conduct facility assessments to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and investment priorities. •Establish division-wide standards for workplace organization, visual management, facility appearance, and employee work environments. •Develop implementation plans, scorecards, and performance metrics to measure progress. •Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to Division Leadership. •Better Physical Workplace Environment Leadership Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. •Strong project management skills with demonstrated success leading capital and facility improvement projects. •Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. •Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma certification. •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
