We are committed to building a culture of inclusion that reflects our global communities and empowers everyone to thrive through play. •This position will be based in Redwood City, California and will be hybrid (3x a week in office). •In This Role You Will •Develop and lead a comprehensive employee and external communications strategy that supports the executive’s mission, business goals, and team positioning. This includes turning business strategy into clear, compelling narratives that define the market opportunity. •Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Operating Officer on communications opportunities, risks, and messaging. Will work in close partnership on this with the Senior Director of Corporate Communications. •Own end-to-end storytelling for the business unit, from positioning to execution across channels (i.e. speaking, thought leadership, social media, employees, etc.). You will partner closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and product teams to shape messaging and public positioning. •Manage media relations and executive visibility/thought leadership opportunities for the Chief Experiences Officer, with the ability to respond quickly and decisively in fast-moving situations.
