A strong executive presence, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a commitment to continuous delivery are essential for success in this role. •Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Patient Engagement and Access and aligned with the VP of EMR Systems' vision and enterprise-wide EMR strategy. •Lead Epic Patient Engagement, and Access related teams •Drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by Duly senior management team. •Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. •Partner with the VP of EMR Systems and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimization of EMR systems. •Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in EMR and advocate for the adoption of innovative solutions. Qualifications: •Excellent leadership, communication, vendor management, and collaboration skills. •Demonstrated success in success in leading and executing Patient Engagement and Access and optimization projects. •In-depth knowledge of Epic Patient Engagement and Access related modules: Prelude, Cadence, MyChart, and Referrals. •In-depth knowledge of the EMR landscape and its impact on healthcare operations. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. •Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration or related field •Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all employment decisions will be made by a person.
