Required Skills: •Own a tiered governance structure that incorporates executive leadership, cross-functional leaders, and initiative teams reviews on an established cadence and clear decision-making authority at each level. •Advise executive leadership on enterprise prioritization, investment decisions, execution risks, and strategic tradeoffs that impact organizational performance. •Enterprise resource capacity planning and constraint management •Strengthen the processes that surface and resolve capacity and resource constraints. •Partner with Finance to align resource capacity planning and budget processes. •Recommend enterprise resource allocation strategies that balance organizational priorities, operational needs, budget constraints, and execution capacity. •Enterprise work tracking and reporting •Streamline intake and reporting. Establish enterprise level expectations for tracking and reporting on work to support transparency and various levels of reporting. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to take a broad view of the business, industry, and environment to anticipate and plan for the future. •Proven experience in embracing and initiating change, with the ability to distinguish what to preserve and what to change to drive success. •Strong leadership capability to develop talent and capabilities, identify and cultivate essential skills, and maximize individual contribution and engagement. •Demonstrated capacity to build collaborative relationships across functions based on trust and respect. •Promote the inclusion of diverse knowledge, skills, and experiences to achieve results. •Proactively seek out information and clarity needed to enable strong decision-making for the business. •4-year degree in business management, project management, or a related field. •A master's degree is preferred. •Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or equivalent certification is a plus. •Strategy execution, OKR or process improvement certification (for example, Lean or Six Sigma certification) is preferred.
