Hiring: Director Enterprise Infrastructure Services Company: DLA Careers Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:39:50 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •As the Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Services (J64), this position directs a program that is both technical and administrative in nature. •Program provides information technology (IT) solutions, operations and sustainment services in support of DLA mission success, through infrastructure technology and data services. •Acts as key advisor to top level Agency management regarding IT strategies and capabilities. •Supervises professional, administrative, and highly technical work at the GS-13 and GS-14 level which often involves extreme urgency, unusual controversy, frequently due to requests from the highest level of Agency management. •Represents DLA and briefs at government and industry meetings, seminars and conferences on topics within the organization's functional areas. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. citizen •Tour of Duty: Set Schedule •Security Requirements: Special Sensitive with SCI •Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal. •Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Exempt •Selective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service. •Selectees are required to have a REAL ID or other acceptable identification documents to access certain federal facilities. See https://www.tsa.gov/real-id for more information. •Exercises delegated managerial authority to set annual and multi-year plans and schedules for the program. •Provides team leadership and performs individual duties involved in defining goals and objectives; prioritizing Program requirements; developing budgets; managing budget execution and determining the best utilization of resources including realignments to address shortfalls or to satisfy priority needs. •Collects performance metrics and prepares cost, schedule and performance reports for and leads regularly scheduled in-process reviews regarding the program.
