Experienced in evaluating emerging technologies and making informed build, buy, or reuse decisions. •Leadership & Influence: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor technical teams and influence executive and senior stakeholders. Experienced in driving alignment and decision-making across diverse organizations. •Problem Solving & Execution: Extensive experience overseeing end-to-end solution delivery, proactively managing architectural risk, and addressing complex technical and organizational challenges while balancing near-term priorities with long-term strategy. •Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing architecture team through effective coaching, mentorship, and clear accountability. Establish performance objectives, conduct regular 1:1s and reviews, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. •Industry & Consulting Experience: Background in technology consulting or advisory services (e.g., leading technology strategy engagements, enterprise architecture consulting, technology management consulting) is highly valued. •Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. •Enterprise Transformation & M&A: Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) from a technology integration perspective is a plus.
