Hiring: Director, Enterprise Analytics Company: ConvenientMD Location: Portsmouth, NH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:12:50 Employment Type: Contract / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Data Lakehouse, EMR, Medicare, Population Health Management, Python, R, Revenue Cycle Management, Root Cause Analysis, SQL, Snowflake About the job Required Skills: •This role is not remote. •This position is based onsite at ConvenientMD headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. •Enterprise Analytics Strategy and Leadership •Own and execute the analytics strategy across Advanced Primary Care and Urgent Care, ensuring reporting is built once for the enterprise rather than rebuilt for each service line •Actively facilitate and support development of the multi-year roadmap for business intelligence, population health analytics, and decision support •Establish intake, prioritization, and service standards so analytic capacity is directed to the highest-value work •Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and external partners •Build the business case for analytic investments and manage the function to budget Qualifications: •Advanced SQL required (SSMS, Snowflake), with demonstrated ability to work independently against large healthcare data sets •Operational familiarity with EMR data and reporting (athenaOne preferred) •Expert proficiency with a major business intelligence platform.
