Hiring: Director, Development (Data Center Construction) Company: QTS Data Centers Location: Eagle Mountain, UT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 14:56:39 Target Skills & Keywords : Digital Transformation, REST, Vendor Management About the job Required Skills: •Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location •Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team, and supporting specialty consultants, to support customer’s design needs, pricing, customer approvals, & implementation of specific deployment scopes •Manage the delivery of these projects, this position aligns clients’ objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts across the QTS organization •Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management, with the ultimate goal of delivering the project on time and on budget •Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals •Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities •Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers •Be able to travel as needed for the business.
