Required Skills: •The ideal candidate will guide the organization from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive insights, partnering closely with business leaders, technology, and data teams to embed analytics into daily operations and strategic planning. •Define and execute the analytics vision and roadmap to support strategic and operational priorities. •Oversee traditional analytics capabilities, including business intelligence, dashboarding, and self-service reporting. •Lead advanced analytics initiatives using Statistical modeling to deliver predictive and prescriptive insights. •Mentor analytics talent; grow a robust, diverse team with clear development and succession plans. •Engage senior leadership and board stakeholders; drive cultural change to embed insights in decision-making. •Define business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategy for advisor or client-facing data products. •Partner with advisor channels and internal stakeholders to operationalize insights within CRM, planning tools, and client workflows.
