Required Skills: •Enterprise Data Product Strategy & Delivery •Draw from your deep and broad technical and management expertise to mentor senior engineers and managers, complete hands-on technical work, and provide leadership on complex technical issues, design tradeoffs, and feature and schedule prioritization. •Define the processes needed to achieve operational excellence in all areas including process management, resiliency and quality •Conduct research of strategic & emerging trends, lead proofs of concept and continuously drive innovation across the team •Lead the development of enterprise data products aligned to business and domains, ensuring data is structured, accessible, and reusable. •Define and prioritize the data roadmap in alignment with business needs, AI/ML use cases, and platform evolution. •Continuous, Rapid Data Expansion (Depth & Breadth) •Execute ingestion of structured, unstructured, and streaming data sources into the lake, closing data leakage gaps by capturing data directly from frontline systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field required. •Master's degree (MS in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Management) preferred. •Expertise in data quality management and data architecture best practices, including strong understanding of AI/GenAI data needs, including text, image, and structured data preparation. •Expertise in agile development methods including implementing scale agile methods in a cross-functional environment. •P&C Insurance experience and working familiarity of insurance underwriting operations and platform systems preferred. •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across technical and business teams. •The pay range for this position is $180,000 to $262,500 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
