Together, we do great things. •The position will report into the QTS Property Development department and work closely with the CHO and CRO, depending on the origin of the project. •Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location •Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team, and supporting specialty consultants, to support customer’s design needs, pricing, customer approvals, & implementation of specific deployment scopes •Manage the delivery of these projects, this position aligns clients’ objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts across the QTS organization •Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management, with the ultimate goal of delivering the project on time and on budget •Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
