Hiring: Director, Data and Analytical Products Company: Kforce Inc Location: Boca Raton, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:09:24 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : GDPR About the job Experience: •10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or information management roles, including 5+ years leading teams or programs Required Skills: •Develop and execute a data and analytics roadmap aligned to Company's business priorities and IT strategy •Lead and manage cross-functional teams supporting data engineering, analytics, and data governance, fostering accountability and continuous improvement •Promote a data-informed culture by advocating for the effective use of data in day-to-day decision making •Partner with IT and business leaders to prioritize initiatives based on value, effort, and organizational readiness •Lead the evaluation and selection of data management, analytics, and governance tools in partnership with IT and business stakeholders •Establish and maintain data governance practices that ensure data quality, consistency, and appropriate access across the organization •Support compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), SOX requirements, and Company's internal control framework •Balance governance needs with usability to ensure data remains accessible and actionable for business teams Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Equivalent experience combined with strong business acumen will be considered •8-10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or information management roles, including 5+ years leading teams or programs •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain data and analytics concepts in practical business terms to non-technical stakeholders •Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
