Required Skills: •We are seeking a strategic and technically experienced Director of Data, AI & Enterprise Business Systems to lead the people, platforms, and practices supporting data, analytics, automation, AI governance, and enterprise business systems. •The Director will oversee a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning data and AI governance, data engineering and architecture, enterprise analytics including Epic Cogito, application integration, robotic process automation, test automation, and the Workday ERP platform. •Develop and communicate the strategic roadmap, annual goals, and objectives for data, AI, automation, analytics, and enterprise systems. •Build and champion an Analytics & Insights Center of Excellence. •Lead cross-functional prioritization across business, clinical, and IT stakeholders. •Establish and manage enterprise data governance, including data definitions, ownership, stewardship, retention, and data classification. •Govern the intake, review, documentation, monitoring, and retirement of AI and machine learning models used for clinical and operational decisions. •Partner with Information Security on access controls, minimum-necessary requirements, and third-party data sharing.
