Required Skills: •You'll lead Regal's customer insights and research function across loyalty, subscription, and marketing initiatives. •Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, motivations, preferences, and engagement drivers. •You'll design and manage qualitative and quantitative research programs, translating findings into actionable business recommendations. •You'll lead analytics supporting loyalty and subscription programs, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, engagement, and profitability. •Develop customer segmentation and behavioral analysis strategies to enhance targeting and personalization efforts. •You'll serve as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing organization, supporting CRM, brand, acquisition, and retention initiatives. •You'll develop and track key performance metrics, measurement frameworks, and KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness and business impact. •Own reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
