Required Skills: •Lead execution of the company’s Value Creation Plan by translating strategic priorities into structured initiatives with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes. •Partner with executive, functional, and field leaders to align priorities, remove barriers, and ensure effective execution of key business initiatives. •Identify and advance opportunities to improve organizational performance, strengthen capabilities, and support long-term growth. •Develop and refine the company’s acquisition and divestiture strategy, including evaluation of opportunities, pipeline development, and alignment with business needs. •Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of potential acquisition targets in partnership with business and operational leaders. •Partner with FP&A and other leaders to develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that measure progress, support decision-making, and connect initiative outcomes to business performance. •Drive accountability across strategic initiatives by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely follow-through. •Develop and implement scalable tools, processes, and playbooks to improve consistency and execution discipline across the organization. Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in business development, strategy, operations, consulting, or related field is required. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
