Qualifications: •Solid functional working knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, product lifecycle, supplier identification, logistics, and supplier management. •Demonstrated capacity to manage supplier performance, cost, schedule, risk, and contractual requirements. •Able to analyze supply chain performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations. •Adept at leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization. •Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, including briefing leadership and customers. •Strong business and financial acumen — material cost, forecasting, budgets, and program performance. •Effective in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP/MRP systems; Costpoint experience preferred. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent experience.
