Hiring: Director - Compliance Consulting Company: WTW Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 11:50:34 Target Skills & Keywords : HIPAA About the job Required Skills: •Serve as lead consultant and trusted advisor on complex Health & Benefits compliance engagements •Interpret and apply federal and state regulations (e.g., ACA, MHPAEA, HIPAA, IRC, ERISA, transparency) to client programs •Anticipate emerging compliance risks and proactively advise clients on mitigation strategies •Lead or support client engagements and major compliance workstreams •Support project teams, Client Service Teams (CST), and Global Delivery Centers (GDCs) on compliance deliverables •Conduct final excellence and compliance reviews on complex client deliverables •Partner with Pharmacy, Clinical, Financial, Actuarial & Analytics, and other cross-functional teams on integrated solutions •Contribute to the development of compliance intellectual capital, methodologies, tools, and market-facing insights Qualifications: •Significant experience in Health & Benefits compliance consulting or related advisory roles •Deep knowledge of U.S. health and welfare regulatory requirements and regulatory interpretation •Demonstrated ability to lead complex, judgment-based client engagements •Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across functions •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly •Track record of mentoring and developing junior consultants •Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment •Bachelor’s degree required •Demonstrated capacity to travel as needed Compensation: •$95,000 - $165,000 / year •This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
