Required Skills: •Develop and execute Plymouth Rock's comparative rater strategy, including platform optimization, vendor management, implementation governance, and long-term roadmap planning. •Serve as the primary relationship owner with comparative rater vendors, driving improvements in quote performance, agent experience, carrier visibility, and operational efficiency. •Partner with Product, Underwriting, and IT teams to ensure product, rate, underwriting, and filing changes are accurately implemented across comparative rating platforms. •Lead optimization of comparative rater workflows, including eligibility rules, company-specific questions, defaults, quote return performance, carrier visibility logic, and quality assurance processes. •Monitor comparative rater performance and develop recommendations to improve agency adoption, quoting efficiency, and policy conversion. •Lead Plymouth Rock's competitive intelligence efforts within the Partners distribution channel by monitoring pricing position, product competitiveness, quoting performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Collaborate with stakeholders in Product Management and IT to drive improvements in these results. •Develop competitive intelligence frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting that benchmark Plymouth Rock's performance and identify opportunities to improve market share, profitability, and growth. •Analyze competitive positioning by state, product, agency segment, and distribution channel and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
