Required Skills: •Community Impact Strategy & Enterprise Programs •Develop and execute Burlington’s enterprise community-impact strategy and annual operating plan, establishing priorities, goals, and scalable programs that align with the company’s culture, business priorities, and community needs. •Lead the continued evolution of Burlington’s community-impact portfolio, identifying opportunities to strengthen existing programs, develop new initiatives, and improve the reach and effectiveness of the company’s community investments. •Oversee the strategic coordination of Burlington’s community-related programs and initiatives across Stores, Distribution Centers, and corporate functions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and clear governance. •Lead Burlington’s approach to community-response initiatives, including the development of frameworks and recommendations for responding to emerging community needs and opportunities. •Propose and maintain eenterprise standards and operating principles for community-impact programming, including decision-making, prioritization, scalability, participation, and long-term sustainability. •Partner across the organization to increase awareness of Burlington’s community-impact efforts, gather stakeholder and associate feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. •Identify emerging trends, practices, and opportunities in corporate philanthropy and community impact and translate relevant insights into recommendations for Burlington’s strategy and programs.
