Required Skills: •Serve as a strategic communications advisor to business leaders and functional stakeholders and develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities. •Create engaging communication plans and campaigns to support leadership initiatives, organizational changes, employee engagement efforts, and key business milestones. •Content Development & Storytelling •Develop high-quality content for a variety of internal and external channels, including leadership messages, change communications, executive talking points, website content, town halls, videos, and organizational announcements. •Translate complex business and technical information into clear and compelling messaging and ensure consistency in, tone, and brand voice across all communications. •Leadership & Executive Communications •Partner with senior leaders to develop communication strategies that enhance transparency, alignment, and employee understanding of business priorities. •Support events and forums that facilitate leadership visibility and engagement, including by drafting executive communications, presentations, speeches, and key messages. Qualifications: •Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences. •Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. •Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. •Proficiency with digital communication platforms, intranet tools, and content management systems. •Media relations experience is preferred but not required. •The application period for this job is estimated to be 40 days from the posting date.
