Hiring: Director Common Platform Infrastructure Company: Cirrus Location: Duluth, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 16:28:48 About the job Experience: •12+ years of complex program execution with a demonstrated track record of delivering strong return on investment results •1 year of service Required Skills: •Leads the strategy to design and execute common infrastructure across aircraft and non-aircraft infrastructure •Accountable for aligning cross functional leaders across the company to the common infrastructure vision, strategy, priorities and driving coordination in accordance with common architecture goals and timelines. •Drives transparency of common infrastructure program execution health through quantities execution/deliverable measurement week by week, month by month, quarter by quarter. •Lead and oversee delivering common infrastructure projects individually or as part of a program to the approved scope, timeline, and budget. •Coordinates facts and data for business plan and financial model, at Net Present Value targets that meet company ROI hurdles Maintains and communicates the common infrastructure roadmap to stakeholders •Facilitates new project proposals with appropriate stakeholders and drives decision making with appropriate business information from a cross-functional team. •Leads development and measurement against business plans objectives. Sponsors common infrastructure project and program decisions. •Leads and focuses on development and implement strategy, plans and tactics for current projects to achieve project and program deliverables.
