Synthesize results, identify insights, and recommend whether initiatives should be scaled, modified, or discontinued. •Maintain visibility to the commercial transformation portfolio, including priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and results. Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior leaders and ensure work remains aligned to enterprise transformation priorities. •Support change adoption and continuous improvement by identifying barriers to execution, coordinating solutions across functions, and helping translate successful experiments into repeatable business practices.
