As the capability matures, this role may expand to include people leadership responsibilities. •Lead project management support for Global Commercialization Teams and Global Commercial Teams within an assigned Disease Area, driving alignment, accountability, and execution across strategic priorities. •Drive execution of global commercial and commercialization initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions are effectively managed. •Coordinate and integrate inputs across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Finance, and regional stakeholders into cohesive commercialization plans. •Facilitate planning, governance, and decision-making processes, ensuring effective follow-through on actions and commitments. •Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and execution challenges, escalating issues as appropriate.
