equivalent professional experience will also be considered - Proven track record of leading the administration of commercial commission plans, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, reviews, approvals, and payments - Experience owning and administering an incentive compensation platform, including maintenance, testing, system enhancements, and optimization - Ability to partner cross-functionally with Commercial Leadership, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology - Experience acting as primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries and managing escalations through to resolution - Experience validating completeness and accuracy of data used in commission calculations, including Salesforce opportunity records and financial data - Ability to maintain process documentation, operational controls, approval records, and materials supporting transparency and audit readiness - Experience analyzing compensation, sales, revenue, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities - Ability to drive efficiency and scalability through process redesign, automation, and technology enhancements - Experience managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners - Ability to advise senior leadership on compensation operations, emerging risks, system requirements, and future development of the function - People leadership capabilities, including interviewing, selecting, supervising, and developing staff, and managing performance standards - Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and inclusive behaviors - Willingness to travel nationally 3-5 times per year Compensation: - Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr - Actual pay will be based on skills and experience - EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
