Required Skills: •DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) is seeking a Director, Clinical Programs to lead high-priority care-model transformation and clinical-performance initiatives across our value-based care portfolio. •The initial portfolio will include care-model transformation for patients with chronic kidney disease and broader initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes, reducing avoidable utilization, advancing quality, and improving affordability. The portfolio will evolve as enterprise priorities change. •This is a high-ownership role with meaningful exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to shape how care is delivered across a growing value-based care business. •LEAD CARE-MODEL TRANSFORMATION •Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of care models serving patients with complex chronic conditions. •Translate clinical and business priorities into practical operating models, workflows, roles, accountabilities, and management routines. •Identify the most important barriers to performance and bring the right teams together to solve them. •Build approaches that can scale across programs, populations, and markets. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, economics, operations, analytics, or a related field. •Demonstrated ownership of a complex healthcare initiative from strategy or design through implementation and operating adoption. •Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. •Demonstrated effectiveness in complex and evolving environments. •Healthcare consulting, enterprise transformation, or operating-model experience combined with meaningful implementation responsibility.
