Required Skills: •Remote (with periodic travel to Sterling, Virginia and client sites) •How You'll Make a Difference •Establishes and strengthens long-term relationships with assigned clients as a trusted, strategic advisor, translating performance data into actionable insights and presenting findings with clarity and confidence. •Strategizes, implements, and maintains program initiatives that align to client goals and objectives, establishing success criteria across financial, clinical, operational, and service capabilities. •Manages client objectives, expectations, and timelines throughout the program lifecycle. •Maintains a deep understanding of RxAnte's capabilities, communicates relevant offerings to clients, and identifies upsell opportunities. •Partners with the client analytics team to gather and analyze data, identify trends and root causes, and develop quality workplans and deliverables for internal and external audiences. •Oversees all aspects of client deliverables, coordinating with technical and analytic teams to identify potential issues and mitigate risk. Qualifications: •Master's degree or other advanced degree in clinical services, healthcare analytics, healthcare administration, healthcare technology, or a related field. •Knowledge of change management principles. •All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
