Hiring: Director, Clearinghouse Services Company: Health Resources in Action (HRiA) Location: Boston, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:45:23 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Program Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management About the job Experience: •10 years of relevant experience •At least 10 years of relevant experience Required Skills: •Establish vision, goals, and objectives to guide the Clearinghouse Services program and team •Interface directly with project staff to ensure contract compliance, effective implementation, and timely completion of deliverables within budget and to client satisfaction •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage communication and reporting about project progress, challenges, and successes •Develop and ensure implementation of systems, policies, and procedures for Clearinghouse operations, including shipping and labeling requirements, publication cataloging and intake, and publication revisions •Oversee Clearinghouse publication projects and provide technical assistance to ensure quality, including copy editing, proofing, and graphic design direction •Direct warehouse fulfillment systems and processes, including workflow, infrastructure maintenance, safety procedures, and special projects in partnership with the Senior Manager •Oversee inventory, data management, distribution systems, and reporting •Ensure high-quality customer service to clients and consumers across the team Qualifications: •Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this role. •Master’s degree with at least seven years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience •At least seven years of progressive leadership and program management experience, including demonstrated experience managing federal or state contracts and budgets of at least $1M •At least five years of experience in logistics management, with strong knowledge of distribution, inventory management processes, and operational systems •Demonstrated experience supervising staff and consultants, including the ability to lead, motivate, manage, and sustain an effective team of diverse professionals in a collaborative manner •Excellent project management, budget/finance, communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and client and stakeholder management skills •Demonstrated experience with public health communication and the ability to work with multiple funders, partners, and vendors to provide guidance, facilitate processes, and meet client needs •A deep understanding of and commitment to health and racial equity, including addressing racism and white supremacy in internal and external work and applying an equity framework to guide the Clearinghouse team and services •Commitment to valuing diversity of thought, backgrounds, and perspectives •Highly organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Compensation: •$100,000 - $105,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
