Required Skills: •Advising senior executives on critical business and growth decisions. •Influencing enterprise priorities without direct authority. •Leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives. •Translating market trends and consumer shifts into actionable business strategies. •Building executive-level narratives that inform and inspire action. •Driving organizational effectiveness and transformation at scale. •Working directly with senior leaders on the most important opportunities and challenges facing the business. •Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership Qualifications: •10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD •Demonstrated success advising senior executives and influencing business decisions at the Director, VP, or C-suite level. •Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations. •Proven ability to lead ambiguity, drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, and translate strategy into execution. •Strong executive storytelling capabilities with experience creating presentations and communications for senior leadership audiences. •Demonstrated capacity to synthesize large volumes of information into clear business insights and strategic recommendations. •Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program. •Varies upon the needs of the department. •This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. •This position will be performed in an office setting.
