Drive adoption of AI tools and agentic workflows across planning, reporting, and execution cycles •Operational Excellence: Lead and optimize core business operations to improve execution speed, organizational efficiency, and overall performance •Executive Communication & Engagement: Drive executive communications including reviews, staff meetings, quarterly offsites and organization-wide updates •Financial Planning & Oversight: Manage expense planning in alignment with product roadmaps; partner with Finance on forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis •Workforce Planning and operational metrics: Drive headcount planning and execution with HR and Finance to align resources with business strategy and approved workforce plans. Establish and operationalize metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable transparency and data-driven decision-making •Continuous Improvement: Assess and enhance operational processes to strengthen effectiveness and ensure delivery in alignment with business goals.
