Required Skills: •To learn more visit GoAllClear.com. •The Director also leads and manages the Bid & Proposal team and partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and executive leadership to ensure opportunities are commercially sound, operationally achievable, and aligned with the division’s overall growth strategy. •Develop and execute business development and market growth strategies by product line, platform, OEM, customer, geographic region, and market segment. •Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities and strategic sales campaigns while maintaining visibility into pipeline status, forecasts, customer activity, risks, and required actions. •Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace and defense customers, OEMs, military organizations, partners, and key industry stakeholders. •Lead customer-facing activities, including executive meetings, presentations, negotiations, business reviews, product demonstrations, and strategic account discussions. •Lead country, customer, and account-specific business development reviews, including Rolling Action Item Lists (RAILs) and follow-up against strategic objectives. •Lead and oversee the Bid & Proposal function, coordinating cross-functional proposal and capture activities to ensure submissions are timely, accurate, competitive, commercially viable, and responsive to customer requirements.
