Remote work is not available for this role. •Lead the vision, strategy, and operating model for Brand Insights & Analytics, aligning analytics priorities to business and marketing objectives. •Partner with Marketing, Finance, Culinary, and Strategy leadership to inform decision-making across brand strategy, menu innovation, promotions, and growth initiatives. •Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations. •Oversee competitive intelligence, external data partnerships, and marketing measurement capabilities. •Lead measurement approaches across MMM, campaign performance, experimentation, and incrementality. •Guide scalable reporting and dashboard ecosystems that support trusted business visibility. •Lead analytics for LTOs, promotions, marketplace initiatives, and other strategic growth opportunities. Qualifications: •WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE •Bachelor’s degree required in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing Science, or related quantitative field preferred; advanced degree preferred.
