Required Skills: •As the Director, Behavioral Health Systems and Quality, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the systems and functions that enable Idaho Youth Ranchs Behavioral Health division to deliver high quality, mission aligned care. Qualifications: •Masters degree in a healthcare, behavioral health, or business-related field. •Licensure as a clinical mental health professional (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent). •Operational familiarity with youth-serving organizations and trauma-informed care frameworks. •Provide oversight and strategic direction to the Clinical Risk and QA team, ensuring that quality review processes are rigorous, timely, and actionable. •Lead the EHR team in the maintenance, optimization, and strategic development of IYRs electronic health record platform. •Supervise the Learning & Development Manager, supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive training strategy for Behavioral Health staff. •Develop and maintain reporting capabilities that translate operational data into meaningful insights for clinical and executive decision-making. •Represent Behavioral Health Operations in cross-functional IYR initiatives including strategic planning, accre itation, and organizational quality efforts. •As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
