Required Skills: •A growing organization is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of a highly visible enterprise analytics platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has personally built and scaled modern data and analytics solutions while leading high-performing teams. •You'll oversee a team of Analytics Engineers responsible for the full data lifecycle, including data ingestion, warehousing, semantic modeling, BI enablement, and customer-facing analytics solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly evolving analytics function and influence business decisions at an executive level. •Define and execute the analytics platform strategy and long-term roadmap. •Lead the design and delivery of scalable analytics products, reporting solutions, and self-service data capabilities. •Oversee modern cloud-based data architecture, data modeling, and analytics engineering best practices. •Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions. •Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics engineering team. •Establish standards around data governance, quality, observability, security, and operational excellence. Qualifications: •Deep experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms. •Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP data services. •Expertise with dbt, data modeling, semantic layers, and analytics engineering practices. •Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency with Python. •Operational familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Fivetran, Informatica, or equivalent technologies. •Understanding of CI/CD, Git-based development workflows, and DevOps concepts.
