Required Skills: •Lead the development and execution of in-store marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, conversion, and long-term brand affinity across the Americas retail fleet. •Drive sales growth and promotional effectiveness by aligning in-store marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, seasonal priorities, and consumer insights. •Champion a consistent, premium, and customer-centric brand experience at every point of purchase, ensuring execution excellence across all retail environments. •Optimize marketing investments, operating processes, and cross-functional planning to improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact. •Serve as a key strategic partner to Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Retail, and Operations leaders, driving alignment and accountability across functions. •Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative retail marketing solutions that enhance the customer journey, strengthen competitive differentiation, and support evolving consumer expectations. •Lead end-to-end seasonal planning and post-season hindsight reviews, leveraging insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement, inform future strategies, and maximize return on investment.
