Required Skills: •Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements for AI Products - reusable AI capabilities. •Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement processes with a focus on how AI control & observability products are embedded across many applications, tools, and internal teams. •Define and track product success metrics specific to AI control & observability product performance, reusability, adoption, and ongoing monitoring. •Conduct research and engage internal customers to inform AI platform capabilities. •Ensure responsible AI practices and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle. •Strategically drive development and delivery of AI platform capabilities, ensuring they are not one-off builds, but reusable, model driven products deployed across the organization. •Partner cross-functionally with colleagues in EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, Product Management, Experience, and the respective Business and Functional areas teams to test, deploy, and refine new AI platform capabilities and ensure alignment with enterprise AI standards. •Communicate product progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
