Hiring: Director, AI Product Management Company: Lenovo Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 07:41:00 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Android About the job Experience: •10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles with cross-functional teams in technology organizations. •5+ years of Experience as part of Product Management Leadership in technology organizations, including growing Product Management teams. •5+ years of experience with consumer electronics with Design, Software, Hardware and development teams with the ability to communicate the technical limitations of design for Mobile, Web and/or Android products. Required Skills: •Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives for maximum user and business impact. •Manage and empower product managers within the pods, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. •Work in close partnership with product management peers focused on product planning, operational excellence, and the exploration of future partner experiences. •Utilize market research, user data, and feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product direction. Translate insights into innovative solutions that address real user needs. •Interface directly with strategy and business development teams to evolve product strategy and build business cases. •Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with user and business goals. •Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic plans to executive leadership and key stakeholders, securing buy-in and ensuring alignment across the organization. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. •Proven ability to define product vision, develop strategy, and execute complex roadmaps. •The base salary budgeted range for this position is $175K-$245K.
