This is a high-visibility role, providing advice, leadership and project execution for clients on transaction accounting matters and within the controllership function to drive process and technology improvement •Report to the OCFO Practice Line Leader and play a key role in leading and driving project execution and client outcomes, whilst contributing to the growth and development of the practice •Lead end-to-end client engagements across financial advisory, including controllership, P2P, OTC, RTR, audit readiness, finance integrations/carve-outs, due diligence, IPO readiness and post-transaction accounting. •Provide technical and strategic accounting advice across ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 842, GAAP, IFRS and SEC requirements. •Advise sponsors, lenders and management teams on complex transactions, including M&A, acquisitions, carve-outs, operating model transformations and technology implementations. •Develop strong client relationships and deliver tailored, commercially focused solutions and strategic advice. •Advise clients on ERP, close and consolidation technologies to improve financial reporting, controls and performance visibility. •Lead business development and client relationship initiatives, including network cultivation and revenue origination.
