Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Company: Embark Behavioral Health Location: Eureka, MT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-02 18:05:29 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Make, Plaid, Rails, SAFe About the job Experience: •21+ years of age. •1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred Required Skills: •Provide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teen girls as they arise •Serve as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere •Communicate important observations and updates to the Shift Leads and Shift Managers •At end of shift, document client progress notes daily •With an empathetic heart encourages teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications Qualifications: •Age: Must be at least 21+ years of age. •Education (Required): High school diploma or equivalent (GED). •Education (Preferred): Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Education, or a related field. •Experience: Min of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred •Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide training •Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Montana state laws. •We warmly welcome EMTs to apply for this position!
