This role focuses on cost optimization, supplier innovation, ensures favorable business terms that drive financial and operational value to the business. •This hybrid position can be based in our Jacksonville, FL or London, UK office and requires three days per week on-site. •Deep expertise in the Digital Payments Industry/Financial Technology •Deep Strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and competitive bidding expertise •Develop and execute sourcing strategies for suppliers/partners in the Digital Payments platforms and merchants’ business ecosystem. •Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions. •Negotiate contracts inclusive of favorable business terms such as working capital optimization, cost optimization, volume-based rebates, and risk-sharing mechanisms. •Build and maintain Trusted Advisor relationships with business community Qualifications: •Expert negotiation, and deep commercial and contract management skills •Financial acumen including working capital optimization •Supplier relationship management and performance management •Expert stakeholder and trusted partner to the business •Deep Cross-functional collaboration and engagement •Strategic thinker and ability to drive innovation •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. •Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including working capital strategies. •Expertise in the Digital Payments Industry/Financial Technology sourcing. •Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
