Hiring: Dircted Engery and Strategy Advisor Company: Systems Planning & Analysis Location: Albuquerque, NM Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:58:12 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : AI, Systems Design, Systems Engineering About the job Required Skills: •Leads interdisciplinary research projects to explore and advance weapons and other warfare systems with a focus on kill chain decision-making, battle management, and command and control architectures that leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and complexity theory. •Be the Subject matter Expert and develop and lead high-fidelity models of lasers, microwaves, and/or optical components and systems, including propagation, nonlinear effects, and noise sources. •Perform system-level simulations to predict performance, sensitivity, and robustness under realistic operating conditions. •Lead an multi disciplined team to translate complex modeling results into actionable recommendations for multidisciplinary solutions for customer teams. •Develop simulation workflows, tools, and automation to support rapid design trades and “what-if” studies. •Stay current on state-of-the-art modeling techniques and relevant commercial/academic tools.
